Virtual Assistant / Operations & Content Assistant (EST Hours Required)
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can support daily operations, content creation, and e-commerce tasks. This role requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable learning new tools quickly. The position must be worked during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable handling a mix of administrative, content, and e-commerce responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
Manage Gmail inbox organization and communication
Create graphics and social content using Canva
Assist with product listings and e-commerce tasks in Amazon Seller Central and other seller platforms
Work with CSV files for uploads, data updates, and product management
Edit images and videos for marketing and product content
Help organize files and documents using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Manage scheduling through Apple Calendar
Assist with marketplace platforms such as Rithum / CommerceHub
Support copywriting tasks for product descriptions, emails, and marketing content
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Nano Banana to assist with productivity and content creation
Required Skills
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Proficiency with Canva and basic design tools
Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
Comfortable working with CSV files and spreadsheets
Experience with video editing and image editing tools
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce seller platforms
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools
Ability to learn new software quickly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with Rithum / CommerceHub
E-commerce marketplace experience
Affiliate or digital marketing support experience
Requirements
