Virtual Assistant – Multi-Project Support (SaaS, Client Outreach & More) - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for a reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can wear many hats, manage multiple priorities, and grow with us.

Role Overview:

As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll work directly with the leadership team to support operations, client outreach, and business management tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, takes initiative, and is skilled at both structured workflows and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach & Relationship Management

Assist with prospect research, lead generation, and outreach campaigns.

Draft and manage client communication (emails, follow-ups, scheduling).

Track client interactions and maintain CRM records.

SaaS & Tech Project Support

Assist in testing and documenting software features.

Coordinate with developers, designers, and other team members.

Research tools and integrations to improve workflows.

Operations & Administration

Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules.

Organize files, documents, and systems for efficiency.

Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.

Marketing & Content Support

Help with social media scheduling and light content management.

Research competitors, trends, and opportunities.

Assist with newsletters, blog updates, and other outreach initiatives.

Special Projects & Flex Tasks

Support unique initiatives across different business units.

Provide research and creative input for new ventures.

Help identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, project management apps (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp), and CRM systems.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software.

Excellent written English; professional and clear communicator.

Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.

Flexible, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges.

Nice to Have:

Experience with SaaS businesses or startups.

Familiarity with sales and marketing workflows.

Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
