We are seeking a proactive, organized, and strategic Virtual Assistant to help expand our reach, grow our digital product sales, and build meaningful partnerships with businesses and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Outreach:
Develop and send outreach emails to local businesses, nonprofits, OB/GYN offices, childcare providers, and HR departments to offer workshops and EAP services.
Identify and pitch to potential brand partners aligned with our mission (e.g., mom brands, wellness products, community organizations).
Research and compile a list of partnership leads and maintain outreach follow-up.
Digital Product Sales:
Promote digital workshops through email campaigns and social media posts
Set up simple sales funnels (landing page, payment link, confirmation emails)
Track sales and provide weekly progress updates
SEO & Website:
Review and update website content for SEO best practices
Optimize Google My Business profile (if applicable)
Suggest keywords and content ideas to boost search ranking
Automations & Admin:
Set up and manage simple automations (e.g., email responders, intake forms, follow-up reminders)
Organize and maintain outreach spreadsheets and client databases
Assist with scheduling social media content (optional, if skilled)
