Virtual Assistant for Family Business & Charitable Foundation

Remote Full-time
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented virtual administrative assistant to support day-to-day tasks and assist with basic bookkeeping for a rental property and charitable foundation. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage email inbox and respond to routine inquiries
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and reminders
• Assist with document organization and file management
• Handle basic data entry and online research tasks
• Support rental property administration, including:
• Tracking rent payments and expenses
• Categorizing transactions
• Assisting with monthly bookkeeping updates
• Maintaining organized financial records

Required Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support role
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• QuickBooks, Wave, or similar bookkeeping software
• Email and task management tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting rental properties or real estate
• Experience reconciling expenses or preparing reports
• U.S. time zone availability

Work Details:
• Remote, part-time (estimated 5–10 hours per week to start)
• Flexible schedule with occasional time-sensitive tasks
• Potential for expanded responsibilities over time
