Virtual Assistant for Family Business & Charitable Foundation
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented virtual administrative assistant to support day-to-day tasks and assist with basic bookkeeping for a rental property and charitable foundation. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Manage email inbox and respond to routine inquiries
⢠Coordinate calendars, appointments, and reminders
⢠Assist with document organization and file management
⢠Handle basic data entry and online research tasks
⢠Support rental property administration, including:
⢠Tracking rent payments and expenses
⢠Categorizing transactions
⢠Assisting with monthly bookkeeping updates
⢠Maintaining organized financial records
Required Skills:
⢠Strong organizational and communication skills
⢠Experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support role
⢠Basic bookkeeping knowledge
⢠Familiarity with tools such as:
⢠Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
⢠QuickBooks, Wave, or similar bookkeeping software
⢠Email and task management tools
⢠High attention to detail and accuracy
⢠Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively
Preferred Qualifications:
⢠Prior experience supporting rental properties or real estate
⢠Experience reconciling expenses or preparing reports
⢠U.S. time zone availability
