Virtual Assistant for Customer Service and Marketing

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant that can assist us Mon through Fri 6:45-8:45 PST with answering calls for customers, so Customer Service is especially important. And can relay information to the office, correct and efficient. We have a script that we use in order to screen calls and get correct information needed.

We need someone with a reliable phone so we can forward the calls for this time period to you. We can work out a phone stipend to pay for the usage during this time.

We will also need this person to handle all Marketing mailers / emailers to past, current and potential customers. This can be done on own time, not needed to be during specific hours. You will be in contact with multiple team members, so must be able to handle and take direction from different personality types and get clarity on anything you are unclear and unsure of and follow up when you are not getting answers.

We estimate this will be about 12-16 hours every week of consistent work.
