As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be an integral part of this community, helping our members stay engaged, motivated, and on track with their fitness goals. **Responsibilities:** As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Care & Member Engagement, your primary responsibilities will include: * **Tracking Member Attendance:** Utilize Trainerize to track member attendance weekly, ensuring accurate records and identifying any discrepancies between paid plans and actual attendance. * **Attendance Reporting:** Compare attendance records with paid plans, identify mismatches, and report any discrepancies to the team. * **Friendly Check-Ins:** Message members who haven't attended any sessions that week using a provided template, helping to re-engage them with our community. * **Monthly Attendance Summary:** Prepare a basic monthly attendance summary for internal use, providing valuable insights into member engagement and attendance patterns. * **Community Engagement:** Post one engaging message weekly in our Grit Community Group, fostering a sense of community and encouraging members to share their progress and experiences. * **Retention Support:** Check in with inactive members, offering support and encouragement to help them get back on track with their fitness goals. * **Data Management:** Keep client data and progress logs organized and updated, ensuring accurate records and seamless communication with our team. **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Experience with Trainerize:** Essential experience using Trainerize software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality. * **Excellent Communication Skills:** Excellent written communication and a friendly, professional tone, with the ability to craft engaging messages and updates. * **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and identifying discrepancies. * **Organizational Skills:** Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to follow weekly routines and meet deadlines. * **Interest in Health & Wellness:** A genuine interest in fitness, health, or wellness, with a passion for supporting others in achieving their goals. * **Customer Service Experience:** Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles, with a strong understanding of the importance of excellent customer care. **Role Details:** * **Approximate Hours:** 10 hours per month (2-3 hours per week) to start, with potential to increase hours and responsibility over time. * **Flexible Working Hours:** Flexible working hours, with some tasks requiring completion by Friday evening (UK time). * **Remote/Freelance Position:** A remote/freelance position with room to grow and develop your skills and expertise. **Why Join arenaflex?** As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Care & Member Engagement at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * **Opportunities for Growth:** Potential to increase hours and responsibility over time, with opportunities for career growth and development. * **Flexible Working Arrangements:** Flexible working hours and a remote/freelance position, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. * **Supportive Team Environment:** A close-knit community-driven gym with a supportive team environment, where you'll feel valued and appreciated. * **Opportunities for Learning:** Opportunities to learn and develop your skills in areas such as customer care, community engagement, and health and wellness. **How to Apply:** If you're a highly organized, detail-focused individual with a passion for health and wellness, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
