What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract vaccine information from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and manage scheduling and tracking for lab work, immunizations, and referrals
- Assist with Telehealth registration and triage, providing education and preparation for diagnostic procedures
- Schedule patients with internal providers and complete clerical and clinical tasks from EHR task boxes
- Provide backup coverage for patient-centered representatives and operate the paging/telephone system as needed
- Accurately enter and update patient demographic information in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a medical setting
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
- Strong interpersonal skills for compassionate interaction with patients
- Availability to attend mandatory staff development/training sessions

- Bilingual proficiency is desired but not required
