Key Responsibilities:
Managing the executive team's schedules and appointments
Handling correspondence and phone calls
Making travel arrangements and organizing meetings
Producing reports, presentations, and briefs
Conducting research and compiling data as needed
Assisting with personal tasks such as errands and household management
Requirements:
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
