Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications for projects. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and permit statuses. Coordinate with project managers to gather necessary documentation for permits. Provide support in troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when necessary. Develop and maintain a knowledge base for frequently asked questions. Track and report on customer feedback to improve service processes. Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Familiarity with permit processes in the electrical industry is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. This is a remote position.
