VIRTUAL ASSISTANT- APPOINTMENT SETTERS

We are looking for self starter who can turn conversations into opportunities. Our team is expanding and we are hiring full time in- house remote Appointment Setters to help us build pipeline of engaged prospects. This isn't telemarketing for the sake of calls, its about building relationships understanding needs and setting up our closers for success. Job Responsibilities • Make outbound calls and send follow ups to qualified leads • Engage prospects in a natural, professional and secure 2-5 appointments per day • Accurately record call outcomes in our CRM /Gohighlevel System • Collaborate with our closers and sales team to improve scripts, targeting outreach • Represent our brand with warmth, clarity and credibility Job Requirements • Proven experience as Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Specialist or inside sales representative • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) • Confidence in managing conversations and objections • Self discipline to thrive in a fully remote role • Curiosity and initiative What we offer • Up to 35K monthly salary (depending on skills and experience) • Commissions on sales and successful appoinments sets • Fully remote setup • Training, scripts and CRM/dialer will be provided • Direct support from team that wants you to succeed Join Linkage Web Development Solutions- where Filipino talent powers global success!
