?? Virtual Assistant Airbnb Guest Messaging & Daily Operations Coordinator (7 Days/Week)
We re a fast-growing Airbnb business looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage guest communication and daily operations across multiple listings. Base in New York, the candidate is expected working with EST New York time.
Our brand is built on exceptional guest experience our goal is always 5-star stays. We're looking for someone who cares about delivering service excellence and can stay consistent, proactive, and responsive in day-to-day work.

?? Your Core Responsibilities:
PART 1 ?? Daily Operations (11:00 AM 4:00 PM EST):
Manage guest check-in/check-out schedules
Update and monitor booking calendar
Coordinate with subcontractors (cleaners, handyman, etc.)
Maintain listing quality (photos, descriptions, content, SEO)
Create new listings and digital guidebooks
Place inventory orders when stock is low (toilet paper, towels, etc.)
PART 2?? Guest Messaging Coverage (9:00 AM 12:00 AM EST):
You don't need to sit in front of computer!
Be available to respond to guest messages within 10 minutes
Escalate urgent issues to the owner (when needed)

PriceLabs (dynamic pricing admin will manage settings)
Optional: Rankbreeze (SEO tracking access later based on performance)

Admin Work: 5 hours/day, 7 days/week (35 hours total)
Messaging Availability: Be on-call daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM EST (*You are not expected to be actively online all day but you must keep notifications on and reply to any guest message within 10 minutes during this time.)

?? Compensation Structure
? Base Pay
1. Admin Work:5 hrs/day x 7 days $5 $8/hr (raise every month)
2. Guest Messaging: on top of admin work pay, we pay extra $10/day x 7 days
3. We pay bonus too! See below.
?? Total base pay ranges from $245 to $350/week depending on your hourly rate.
?? Bonus Pay Structure
? 5-Star Guest Review Bonus
For each 5-star guest review received under your support, you will earn an extra one hour of your hourly pay.
Example: Your current salary is $5/hr = $5 bonus per 5-star review
Example: Your current salary is $8/hr = $8 bonus per 5-star review
Average: 2 4 reviews/week = $10 $32 bonus weekly
