Hello, I am looking for a full time administrator to help with my marketing agency based in the US. You must have an accent free voice as sometimes you will be handling client calls.

Writing blog and social media posts using Chat GPT and checking for accuracy.
Scheduling automated posts in our software
Role: Customer Service and Operations Manager. SEO and Sales Development Experience is a plus but we can train the right person with the right energy and attitude.
Full time 35 hours a week.
Monday - Thursday 9 - 5 EST
Fri 9-12 EST
Some flexibility if you need to take off for a lunch or appointment but these are the general house.
Meeting at 9 AM EST during initial training.
