Virtual Assistant - Accounting / Bookkeeping

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant specializing in Accounting and Bookkeeping to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and maintain accurate financial records for our clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to excel in a dynamic environment while supporting our clients financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• * Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• * Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
• * Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• * Handle payroll administration tasks.
• * Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
• * Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• * Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• * Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• * Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• * Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles is required, preferably in a virtual or remote setting. Familiarity with virtual communication tools and remote work practices is a plus.

Working Hours: This is a flexible remote position, offering part-time or full-time hours based on the candidate availability and client workload. However, availability during standard business hours may be necessary for client communication and collaboration.
