Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Independent Contractor Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional customer service support for various business operations. As a virtual assistant, this is not an employment opportunity you will have the flexibility to set your own hours between 8 am and 8 pm, depending on the needs of the business client. Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
2. Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling appointments, and data entry.
3. Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
4. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
5. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
1. Own equipment, including a laptop or desktop, headset, reliable internet connection, and an Ethernet cable cord.
2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Proficiency in using common office software and tools.
5. Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
