Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible but not limited to for assisting with monthly reporting, resident communication, and data processing tasks. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This role is evolving and may require additional responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:

Monthly Reporting:
• Pull program reports from various sources
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare and present reports to the management team

Resident Communication:
• Create welcome videos for new residents with guidance from the management team
• Update SimpleText and MailChimp contacts database with accurate information monthly
• Schedule resident communication emails and texts

Data Processing:
• Send emails requesting monthly resident data from relevant sources
• Organize and maintain monthly resident data in an organized manner
• Share monthly resident data internally as needed

Data Organization:
• Assist in organizing and maintaining data files and documents

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and analyze pivot tables
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Initiative to learn and find solutions independently

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
• Familiarity with MailChimp
• Familiarity with SimpleTexting
