ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITES:
Ā Maintain executives appointments/calendar.
Ā Email management and organization.
Ā Prepare presentations and/or spreadsheets.
Ā Social Media management.
Ā Create structure/workflow/processes.
Ā Research technologies and make recommendations.
Ā CRM administration: updates and data entry.
Ā Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Ā Project Assistance/Coordination.
Ā Event planning and coordination.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Ā Bachelors Degree and experience working remotely preferred.
Ā Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 20 hours/week.
Ā Experience in an administrative support role.
Ā In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ā A fast and reliable internet connection.
Ā Smartphone with email capabilities.
