Virtual Assistant
Inova Local is in the market for a few professional Virtual Assistants located in North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and US territories, to include Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
What To expect...
- Remote work for clients in the PST, CST, and EST time zones.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred, but not required.
- Pay between $18-23 an hour (pay raise at your 90-day mark)
- Administrative-centered workload.

An important note to make is that we dont operate like other VA firms we do the hard work for you. At Inova Local, we locate clients and set up an interview with you and the client to ensure that youre paired with the client who needs your expertise the most.
All you need is your excellent work ethic and attention to detail and well do everything we can to help you be comfortable with the Inova team.

Key aspects of the role:
Youll very likely be heavily involved with clients phone calls, email communications, team-organizing, and scheduling. If you have admin experience, its about par for the course, however, well be the liaison between you and the client if something unexpected happens.
You should expect around 10 hours a week to start out at, but will certainly change depending on clients needs, so this position is best for part-time contractors.
