• Track patients
• Draft email and track sending
• Create a newsletter and establish cadence
• Assist with social media
• Plan out content
• Create Canva templates
• Outreach on LinkedIn
• Engage with other posts, etc.
• Assist with various other projects / tasks
• Platforms:
• Google WorkSpace
• Canva
• Wix
• Tebra
• Charm
Requirements
• Experience as an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant (a plus)
• Passionate about women's health (a plus)
• Excellent communicator
• Intuitively organized
• Detail oriented
• Likes deadlines
• Ability to anticipate needs / problem solve
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• 5 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
• Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
