Virtual Assistant 5-10 Hours per Week (IC-KJ)

Key Responsibilities...
Ā Create boards in Canva using branding and colors and links
Ā Manage Amazon
Ā Meet weekly on Zoom with client
Ā Manage links and engagement on TikTok and Facebook (maybe Instagram)
Ā Manage inbox
Ā Work with client to create "rules" for the inbox and implement them
Ā Manage Pinterest (maybe)
Ā Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
Ā Platforms:
Ā Canva
Ā WordPress
Ā Amazon
Ā Pinterest
Ā TikTok
Ā Facebook
Ā Instagram
Ā Zoom
Ā Google Suite
Requirements
Ā Experience with Canva (a must)
Ā Experience in social media / Amazon (a plus)
Ā Creative
Ā Intuitively organized
Ā Detail oriented
Ā Strong communicator
Ā 5-10 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
Ā Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
