What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Schedule and manage appointments for therapists and clients
Respond to emails and phone calls, providing timely and accurate information
Prepare and distribute documents and correspondence
Assist in maintaining client records and ensuring data accuracy
Coordinate meetings and events, including managing virtual meeting platforms
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of therapy center operations
