Virtual Assistant 15-20 Hours per Week (IC-KC)

Key Responsibilities...
Ā Ability to wear different hats
Ā Run biweekly report and work with bookkeeper to gather reports needed
Ā Manage inbox
Ā Update LinkedIn and Trip Advisor with guidance from client
Ā Make phone calls and reconcile with insurance companies
Ā Manage various projects in Notion
Ā Manage social media
Ā Repurpose content into reels, videos, etc.
Ā Keep up with social media trends and what other top restaurants are doing
Ā Ability to look ahead and plan out content with holidays / events
Ā Ability to coordinate with a local nonprofit
Ā Ability to meet deadlines
Ā Ability to keep a pulse on editorials, trends, etc. and let client know about a relevant article / topic
Ā Ability to manage multiple projects
Ā Perform various administration tasks as needed

Ā 15-20 hours per week
Ā Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
Ā Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-3pm) in Easter or Central Time Zone.
