For other job information and updates on Virtual Assistant roles, make sure you follow us at @momtovirtualassistant.Key Responsibilities Manage inbox Manage calendar Manage communications with brands Manage deliverable with partnerships Manage invoices File and organize contracts Create tickets and landing pages Create and manage consistent newsletter Manage online platform Manage comments and DMs on social media Post content on social media Assist with various other projects / tasks Platforms: Google WorkSpace Canva Instagram WordPress Mailchimp Requirements Experience in social media (a must) Experience creating newsletters (a must) Experience in video editing (a plus) Interest / passion in fitness (a plus) Excellent communicator Intuitively organized Detail oriented Likes deadlines Self-starter and ability to work independently 15-20 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows) Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone BenefitsThere are no benefits for this role as it is meant to be performed by independent contractors.
