The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
?? ?Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly
?? ?Schedule meetings and appointments and manage calendars
?? ?Perform data entry and maintain organized records
?? ?Conduct internet research and compile information as needed
?? ?Assist in creating presentations, reports, and documents
?? ?Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoicing
?? ?Provide general administrative support to team members
Requirements:
?? ?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
?? ?Proficiency in MS Office
?? ?Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role is a plus
?? ?Strong organizational and time-management skills
?? ?Spanish/English profiency is a must
?? ?Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
