Virtual Assistance Job
Hi, We’re a growing online fashion store looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with customer messages and simple social media tasks. Your main responsibility will be responding to customer messages via WhatsApp — answering questions about orders, delivery times, and returns in a friendly and calm manner. You’ll also assist with basic social media tasks, such as posting or scheduling simple content on Instagram. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and professionally. Strong written English is required; Dutch is a plus but not required. Prior experience is not mandatory — what matters most is that you are reliable, responsive, and comfortable communicating with customers online. This role is fully remote.
