Virtual Assistance Job
Hi, We’re a growing online fashion store and we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us with customer messages and simple social media updates. You’ll mainly be chatting with customers via WhatsApp, answering questions about orders, delivery times and returns, and helping them in a friendly, calm way. You’ll also help with basic social media updates, like posting or scheduling simple content on Instagram. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and politely. Good English is important, Dutch is a big plus but not required. You don’t need a lot of experience — what matters most is that you’re reliable, responsive, and comfortable talking to people online.
