Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
⢠* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the virtual airline.
⢠* Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
⢠* Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
⢠* Assist in creating and enforcing company HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.

⢠Required Skills and Qualifications
⢠* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
⢠* Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or airline-related environment.
⢠* Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
⢠* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
⢠* Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual collaboration tools.
⢠* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
⢠* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
