Virtual Administrative, Digital Marketing, Content and Business Support Assistant

Responsibilities:
ā¢ Organize digital files, manage calendars, and streamline workflows.
ā¢ Manage email marketing campaigns (Kartra/Klaviyo experience a plus).
ā¢ Update website and sales pages (Wix/Shopify).
ā¢ Edit and optimize product images and videos.
ā¢ Provide excellent customer support and manage social media.
ā¢ Assist with student registrations and supplier communication.
ā¢ Provide personal assistant support to the team.
Requirements:
ā¢ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
ā¢ Proficiency in Google Docs, Dropbox, Canva, and other relevant tools.
ā¢ Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus.
ā¢ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
ā¢ Familiaritywith jewelry/metals is a plus.
ā¢ Ability to work Pacific Time zone hours. We will need to interact during the day, so this is definitely a requirement.
ā¢ Ability to learn new programs quickly.
ā¢ Tolerance for a changing work environment.
