Duties
Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products or services
Manage a designated sales territory and develop strategies to increase market share
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Utilize sales techniques to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or retail sales environment
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in lead generation and managing customer accounts
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies
