Responsibilities

ā¢ Support account updates, documentation, and follow-up tasks
ā¢ Maintain accurate client and account records within internal systems
ā¢ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure account needs are addressed
Requirements
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent required
ā¢ Previous customer service or account assistance experience is a plus
ā¢ Comfortable using CRM systems, emails, and collaboration tools
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
