Responsibilities
ā¢ Support clients through phone, email, and communication platforms
ā¢ Assist with routine account updates, documentation, and follow-up activities
ā¢ Ensure account records are accurate and properly maintained
ā¢ Monitor assigned tasks and help meet deadlines
ā¢ Work with internal teams to support efficient account processing
Requirements
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent required
ā¢ Prior customer service or client account support experience is helpful
ā¢ Comfortable using emails, CRM systems, and communication tools
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
