VIP Manager

Offer exceptional, personalized customer service to each VIP client. Develop strategies to retain and increase VIP client satisfaction. Track and analyze client performance to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the Head of VIP and other team members to achieve overall goals. Adhere to gaming license requirements and market regulations. Profile Required: Previous experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry. Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work autonomously and remotely. Knowledge of regulated markets and gaming licenses. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus. Conditions: This position is open to candidates already employed.
