Role: ServiceNow SPO Architect
Location: New York, NY (Remote)
Mode of Hire: Contract
Key Skills:
• ServiceNow SPO (Sourcing and Procurement Operations)
• ServiceNow Platform (ITSM, integrations)
• ITIL principles and practices
• Requirements gathering and solution design
• Process automation and platform governance
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide implementation strategy and guidance for ServiceNow SPO module.
• Lead requirements definition, solution design, and configuration advisory.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives within the SPO module.
• Offer integration consulting for seamless ServiceNow ecosystem connectivity.
• Maintain platform governance and assess cross-platform impacts of changes.
• Collaborate with project teams and implementation partners for successful deployments.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring SPO module compliance and stability.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with strong SPO module expertise.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) SPO (preferred).
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in integration requirements and implementation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
