We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and motivated visual storyteller who can concept, shoot, and edit compelling video content for a wide range of clients and industries. About the Role As the agency’s Videographer / Content Creator, you will produce videos that support brand awareness, social media growth, website engagement, and campaign performance. Every day looks a little different from filming interviews and client stories to editing short-form social content and supporting creative strategy. You’ll collaborate with designers, strategists, writers, and account managers to bring ideas to life and deliver high impact content across digital platforms. Responsibilities • Plan, shoot, and produce video content for websites, social media, campaigns, and client projects. • Film high-quality interviews, podcasts, testimonials, events, and b-roll on-site or in studio. • Edit raw footage into polished final videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. • Add motion graphics, captions, color correction, sound design, and branding elements to enhance storytelling. • Work with the creative and account teams to ensure videos align with marketing goals and client expectations. • Stay up to date with video, social media, and content trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas. • Organize, manage, and archive video files for easy access and future use. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative concept development. Qualifications • Proven experience as a videographer, content creator, or similar role. • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing skills, and social media-optimized content. • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). • Understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and what performs best on each. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once. • Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail. • Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
