Video Edtior
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented video editor to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for editing short, eye-catching videos that showcase real estate listings in a modern and engaging way.
What You’ll Do:
• Edit 2 to 6 videos daily, typically 1–2 minute vertical reels for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Work with footage that often includes our clients speaking on camera. You must clean up the audio and add subtitles for clarity and accessibility.
• We use speed ramping techniques to highlight entire properties in under 60 seconds—this is a key part of our style.
• Apply professional color grading to ensure every video looks polished and consistent.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong editing skills with good pacing, style, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media trends and formats.
• Experience with audio cleanup, subtitles, speed ramping, and color grading.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities

• Uploading videos to our client portal.
• Constant communication.
• Keeping up with our project management software and process by following our internal processes closely.
• Re-editing videos daily upon request.
