We make scroll-stopping ads that drive results on Meta and TikTok. A Video Editor & Designer at Creative Milkshake is responsible for turning creative briefs and storyboards into high-performing short-form and long-form video content. You’ll bring concepts to life through strong pacing, storytelling, and visual execution, ensuring every asset is on-brand, and delivered with precision in a fast-moving production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate short-form and long-form videos from creative briefs & storyboards for social media, ads, and digital campaigns (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.)Create supporting graphic assets (thumbnails, overlays, end cards, captions)Apply strong pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchyFollow brand guidelines and implement feedback accuratelyManage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWork closely with creative strategists, producers, and team leadsOrganize project files and maintain clean, scalable workflowsWhat We're Looking For3+ years experience in video editing, including short-form content.Expertise in professional editing software:Adobe Premiere ProAdobe After Effects (basic motion & text animation) is a plusStrong design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition).Ability to enhance edits with color correction and audio-sweetening techniques, i.e, background music and SFX.Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.).Attention to detail and ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.What we offer Remote-first & flexible work cultureGenerous PTOA collaborative, creative, ridiculously fun teamLearning & career developmentAnnual team retreats in inspiring places around the world
