The Agora Companies is searching for a Video Editor to join one of the world’s leading publishers of independent financial newsletters. This entry-level role involves supporting the marketing team by producing engaging video content and collaborating closely with the Video Director throughout the production process.ResponsibilitiesEdit and produce video content to support marketing and promotional initiativesCreate detailed and animated motion graphicsDesign slides and full-screen graphics for promotional materialsAssist with talent preparation and on-set coordinationRecord video and audio, ensuring accuracy and quality during script readsCollaborate closely with the Video Director and GraphicsSupport all aspects of video production, including sourcing stock footage, music, props, equipment, and locationsSkills1–3 years of experience in video production preferred (internships and relevant coursework welcome)Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is a must (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop)Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesClose attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to adapt quickly and learn new tools and processesComfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentWillingness to work a flexible schedule when production demands require itKnowledge and experience in AI Software a plus (Elevenlabs, ChatGPT, HeyGen)BenefitsMedical, vision, and dental insurance plans401(k) plan with employer matchingGenerous vacation time and paid holidaysCasual dress codeHighly flexible environmentCompany OverviewAt The Agora Companies, we bring bold new ideas, unconventional viewpoints, perspectives and strategies to the global marketplace.
