Video Content Manager

Description:
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create video content that aligns with clients' brand goals and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Optimize video content for each platform, ensuring the appropriate video lengths, formats, and captions.
• Manage video posting schedules to maximize engagement and reach on all platforms.
• Monitor the performance of video content using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor video content to meet specific objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, video editing, and content creation.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Video Content Manager or in a similar role focused on video editing and social media management.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of the unique requirements of each social media platform (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A portfolio of previous video content, showcasing creativity and results-driven work.
• Attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns (YouTube Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO practices and strategies for social media content.
• Experience with tools like Adobe After Effects, Canva, or other design software.
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and video-based content creation.
