Position Summary

The Vice President of Web and Digital Experience , reporting to the Managing Director of Digital Media and Executive Planning, serves as an operational leader within the digital media team. The VP is responsible for optimizing Inperium’s web presence with a strong focus on user interface (UI), user experience (UX), content strategy, SEO, analytics, and marketing integration. This role leads the execution of website initiatives that drive engagement, ensure brand consistency and communications objectives across Inperium, its affiliate network, and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Web Experience

• Oversee continuous improvement of Inperium’s primary websites and microsites, ensuring a seamless, modern, and accessible UI andUX.

• Oversee website-related initiatives, including redesigns, landing page optimization, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards.

• Collaborate with communications and brand department to align digital presence with organizational goals and Inperium network messaging.

Analytics, SEO & Optimization

• Utilize web analytics tools to measure site performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics to inform ongoing improvements.

• Manage SEO strategy and technical SEO execution to drive traffic, improve search rankings, and support inbound marketing goals.

Content Strategy & Platform Management

• Lead content architecture and governance for websites, including IA, taxonomy, and editorial workflows.

• Ensure that digital content and layouts are intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging.

Project Management & Execution

• Manage digital projects across multiple stakeholders and affiliates, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resourcing.

• Lead vendor and agency relationships to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of web solutions.

Team Collaboration

• Serve as a key collaborator with VP of Communications and Brand to implement digital strategies tied to major campaigns, events, and initiatives.

• Oversee Manager of Marketing & Creative Services

• Promote cross-departmental alignment on digital priorities and ensure consistency in brand and voice across all web properties.
