We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our North American sales efforts. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on sales executive with a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS. The ideal candidate thrives in both startup and corporate environments, excels at building strategic partnerships, and has deep industry expertise in Telecommunications, Home Security, and Consumer Electronics.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Set the strategic vision for regional sales, drive execution, and lead the team to exceed revenue targets.Enterprise Sales: Engage directly with enterprise customers, particularly in the Telco industry, with a focus on call centers and self-service departments.Partnership Growth: Leverage and expand relationships with key partners such as Salesforce and Accenture to drive indirect sales.Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Customer Experience (CX), Contact Centers, and Field Service Management (FSM) markets.C-Level Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives, positioning our solutions through a value-based sales approach.Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.Qualifications:10-15 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a mix of startup and large enterprise experience.Strong background in working with partners like Salesforce and Accenture to drive sales.Extensive network and proven sales success within Telecommunications, Home Security, and Consumer Electronics industries.Deep knowledge of Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Field Service Management markets.Hands-on sales leader with a track record of managing and scaling high-performing teams.Exceptional ability to engage with and sell to C-level executives.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Preferred location: MA, NJ, or NY.This is an exciting opportunity for a sales leader who is ready to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead a world-class team in a fast-growing organization.Why Work With Us?TechSee offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance bonuses.
