Position Summary:
The Vice President of Transformation will be a strategic leader responsible for driving major change initiatives and business process optimizations that align with the organization's growth objectives. The role demands a leader who can facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced environment leveraging strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The VP will work closely with senior stakeholders to redefine processes and integrate transformative strategies across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the companys transformation strategy, focusing on business process re-engineering, system integrations, and operational excellence.
Partner with key business leaders to drive change management processes and the adoption of new initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify opportunities for improvements, increased efficiency, and cost reductions.
Oversee the portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to align transformation initiatives with technological advancements and financial planning.
Design and implement metrics to measure process improvements and impact on business results.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, business analysts, and other transformation professionals.
Provide regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders on the progress of transformation initiatives.
Drive the development of best practices and create a framework for repeatable success in company operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a transformation leadership role with a proven track record in process re-engineering and change management.
Strong project management skills and experience managing a PMO.
Significant experience working with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with various business systems and technology platforms.
Solid understanding of financial principles and cost optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, with an emphasis on tactical execution and results
