Key Responsibilities Include
Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by generating and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed a personal $2 million annual revenue sales target through strategic leadership to the sales organization, driving a high-performance culture.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy that aligns with EK Health Services Inc.s business objectives. Tailor strategies to different regional markets to maximize revenue across the nation.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a sales teams to ensure alignment, and achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support to ensure success in delivering EK Healths value propositions to clients.
Sales Process Optimization: Standardize and optimize the sales process across all regions to ensure consistency and efficiency. Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to monitor performance and drive informed decision-making.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the healthcare industry. Provide strategic insights and adjust sales tactics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
