Vice President of Land Development
Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Vice President of Land Development. The role involves overseeing land acquisition, feasibility studies, and planning processes to ensure successful development projects. The individual will lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include identifying development opportunities, assessing land use potential, and directing project execution to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Experience and expertise in Land Development and Land Acquisition, with proven success in complex projects.
• Proficiency in Land Use and Land Use Planning, ensuring compliance with zoning, environmental, and legal regulations.
• Strong skills in conducting Feasibility Studies to assess project viability and potential challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven experience in team management and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to land development is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
