Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Vice President of Customer Operations, who will:
ā¢ Implement new strategic initiatives by ensuring teams carry out and follow through on process timelines
ā¢ Optimize existing operations and hold teams accountable for delivering strong results
ā¢ Actively work in teams filling in the gaps and helping drive projects to completion
ā¢ Helping the CEO recruit and onboard new team members
ā¢ Strategizing on sales and marketing and implementing new tactics
ā¢ Assisting in content production, quality control and new ideas
Qualifications
ā¢ 8 to 10 years of experience in operations, sales, or other roles which overlapped with operations
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to stay with organizations for two to three+ years and receive promotions
ā¢ Strong work ethic, great attitude, and analytical
ā¢ Bachelor's degree from a highly reputable college.
