Vice President – Multi-Specialty National Accounts

Job Description:
• Serve as the executive national lead for multispecialty national accounts
• Develop and execute national account strategies focused on growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Establish and manage operational goals, performance metrics, budgets, and accountability standards
• Own national account budgetary and/or P&L responsibilities, including forecasting and financial analysis
• Identify and execute enterprise growth opportunities across McKesson’s portfolio of services and solutions
• Analyze external healthcare market trends, reimbursement dynamics, and provider consolidation impacts
• Operate effectively within a matrixed organization, influencing outcomes across multiple internal teams
• Represent McKesson with C‑suite and senior executive customers and at industry events
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing national account leadership team
• Drive consistent execution of strategic account planning and engagement models
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence
• Build strong internal partnerships across sales, operations, contracting, finance, and strategy
• Act as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to key customers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Advance Degree preferred
• Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience
• 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare, sales, or national account management
• Experience leading national or enterprise‑level healthcare accounts
• Proven success driving revenue growth and complex customer relationships
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L‑impacting initiatives and business case development
• Experience with healthcare distribution, services, technology, and/or GPO environments
• Deep understanding of multispecialty provider economics and care delivery models
• Executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with senior customer leadership
