The Vice President, Head of HR Transformation will lead the strategic evolution of the HR function, positioning it as a driver of business value and operational excellence. This role is accountable for scaling HR to meet the needs of a growing organization by optimizing processes, systems, and service delivery. The transformation agenda spans end-to-end HR capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering efficiency at scale. Success in this role requires a visionary leader with deep HR expertise, strong change management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable outcomes. Responsibilities • Define and lead the global HR transformation strategy in alignment with organizational objectives. • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year transformation roadmap, including process redesign, technology implementation, capabilities, operating model, and change management. • Support building a capability map; determining what is core and differentiated; and develop plans to build accordingly. • Drive organizational change initiatives to support the adoption of new HR practices and tools. • Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within HR and across the business. • Collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to ensure alignment and buy-in. • Lead team; direct and indirect. Foster strong partnerships with HR peers and talents across the function. Design and lead initiatives across the enterprise; inspiring followership, collaboration, and ownership for our transformation. • Play a lead role in support of successfully integrating businesses we acquire. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Advanced degree preferred. • 15-20 years of progressive experience HR Leadership roles; with proven experience leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives, ideally in a multinational and business decentralized environment. • Experience with M&A integration leadership and deployment. • Experience leading at least one other area of HR capability; including Talent, HR business partnership, people operations. • Strong business acumen; aligns people strategies to business strategies and priorities. • Deep understanding of HR operations, systems, and global compliance requirements. Strong project and change management skills, with experience in vendor selection and system implementation. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Can effectively communicate and work with C-suite leaders. • Collaborative leadership approach; creates followership while invoking change. • Bachelors, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
