Join us and build your future here. What you'll be doing: Oversee global data management operations with a focus on streamlining workflows, reducing cycle times, and enhancing data reliability. Implement scalable, tech‑enabled processes that support faster database builds, earlier data insights, and higher‑quality deliverables. Establish robust governance frameworks that ensure consistency, compliance, and traceability across all programs. Build, develop and mentor high performing global teams to adopt new tools, methodologies, and mindsets that support digital transformation. Define and implement the global vision, operating model, and long‑term roadmap for Clinical Data Sciences. What we're looking for: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Life Science required and Post Graduate preferred 15+ years mastery in required or related experience 10+ years’ experience in people management 7+ years in a leadership role International travel is required
