As a Vice President in our Financial Crimes Advisory (FCA) team, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to our team, overseeing non-technology client projects and helping the team achieve operational excellence goals.RequirementsBachelors degree with a preference for Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Law, Economics, or other qualified business-related degree or equivalent years of experience.Strong working knowledge of European financial crimes laws, rules and regulations, regulatory expectations and industry best practicesA minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant AML/Sanctions/Fraud experience working in industry or at professional services / management consulting firms in an advisory consulting roleA minimum of five (5) years in a managerial or leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, mentor and coach diverse teams of varying sizesAbility to interact seamlessly with C-suite, senior executives and Boards of DirectorsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel as neededOriginally posted on Himalayas
