Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks a Vice President, Finance in New York, New YorkAssists in the production of the financials and regulatory reports for the Firm. Prepare external financial reports for public filings and regulators. Work with the internal reporting teams to summarize, plan, and forecast the Firm’s financial position, including income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future revenues, expenses, and earnings. Assist in the coordination and communication of the federally mandated CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) production calendar to relevant teams to confirm process timeline and ownership of controls and attestations. Produce metrics and analytics on data that is to be incorporated into regulatory submissions and present it to relevant parties and management. Work with key stakeholders to understand changes to the template requirements from the Federal Reserve Bank and ownership changes and their impact on existing requirements. Coordinate with all controllers and IT the preparation of submission templates and clearing of edit checks. Work on changes required to conform to new rules and instructions from U.S. and international regulators. Participate in regulatory technology improvement initiatives, including direct sourcing of data, automation of reconciliations, etc. Perform UAT testing. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $185,000 and $205,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.Requirements:Requires a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as an Operational Risk,…
