Vice President-Federal Communications And Marketing (Hybrid Remote - McLean, Va / Dc Area)Key areas of responsibility :Identify, plan, develop, and oversee differentiated and impactful marketing strategies / materials.Develop new programs for customer engagement including integrated marketing programs from concept to executionDrive Maximus federal solutions and offerings.Manage digital and social media strategies across the federal marketBuild, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team.Direct and support market research collection, analysis, interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.Work closely with the growth leaders to align sales and marketing strategiesMaintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.Build long-term relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholders.Serve as a collaborative and senior leader on the Maximus communication & marketing team, helping to align strategy and outcomes across the company.Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive customer engagement.Develop relationships with associations, academia and industry partners to drive thought leadership and brand elevation.This role will develop and oversee the Maximus federal segment marketing strategy.Responsibilities include building brand visibility in the federal marketplace, driving customer and partner engagement to support growth goals.This position will be responsible for developing annual marketing plans building strategy, managing the cross functional team and budget and, leveraging partner relationships, driving go-to-market solutions.EEO statement :Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, genetic information and other legally protected characteristics.Pay transparency :Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off.Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation.Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.Minimum salary :$216,155.00Maximum salary :$292,455.00.
