Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue for Pfizer.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations.
Conduct market analysis and research to stay informed on current and future trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and potential partners.
Lead and manage a team of commercial development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales and market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to commercial plans.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pfizer's portfolio and products in order to effectively position them in the market.
Represent Pfizer at industry events and conferences, and act as a spokesperson for the company's commercial development initiatives.
Continuously assess and improve commercial development processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws in all commercial activities.
Act as a key contributor to the overall growth and success of Pfizer's commercial business.
